Este trabalho analisa o alinhamento político na Câmara dos Deputados do Brasil entre 2019 e 2023, atualizando empiricamente a metodologia de redes complexas proposta por Brito et al. (2020). Foram modeladas redes anuais com deputados como nós e arestas ponderadas representando similaridade de votação. Após a extração da espinha dorsal da rede por meio do Filtro de Disparidade, as comunidades foram detectadas utilizando o algoritmo de Leiden. Os resultados indicam uma discrepância entre a fragmentação partidária formal e a organização comportamental: embora mais de 20 partidos estivessem representados na Câmara, os padrões de votação se organizaram em um número substancialmente menor de comunidades efetivas. A topologia observada é compatível com um eixo governo-oposição, com o principal partido de oposição aparecendo como o grupo mais isolado topologicamente em diferentes períodos: o PT entre 2019 e 2022, e o PL em 2023. O estudo contribui com uma caracterização empírica e visual do período pós-2018, especialmente da polarização eleitoral de 2022 e da reconfiguração observada após a mudança de governo em 2023.

This study analyzes political alignment in the Brazilian Chamber of Deputies between 2019 and 2023, empirically updating the complex networks methodology proposed by Brito et al. (2020). Annual networks were modeled with deputies as nodes and weighted edges representing voting similarity. After extracting the network backbone using the Disparity Filter, communities were detected using the Leiden algorithm. The results indicate a discrepancy between formal party fragmentation and behavioral organization: although more than 20 parties were represented in the Chamber, voting patterns were organized into a substantially smaller number of effective communities. The observed topology is consistent with a government–opposition axis, with the main opposition party appearing as the most topologically isolated group in different periods: the PT between 2019 and 2022, and the PL in 2023. The study contributes an empirical and visual characterization of the post-2018 period, especially the 2022 electoral polarization and the reconfiguration observed after the change in government in 2023.
